Riverhold — Terms of Use

Effective 7 August 2026. Publisher: Zodiverse Publishing OÜ.

These terms govern your use of Riverhold ("the Game"), a role-playing game connected to a shared game server operated by Zodiverse Publishing OÜ. They apply to every version of the Game, including the Telegram version, the Google Play version (co.zodiverse.riverhold), and the Solana dApp Store version (co.zodiverse.riverhold.seeker).

By creating a character or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Who we are

Riverhold is developed and operated by Zodiverse Publishing OÜ, incorporated in Estonia. Contact: apps@thezodiverse.com.

2. Who may play

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least the minimum age required by the store you installed from. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

The Game contains fantasy violence, dark and horror themes, suggestive references, and depictions of fictional substances. It is not intended for young children.

3. Your account

Your character is tied to the account you sign in with (Google, Telegram, or a linked wallet, depending on the version). You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. We are not able to recover a character for you if you lose access to every identity linked to it.

All versions of the Game share a single account and a single character. Playing on a different device or store does not create a separate character, and progress is not duplicated between them.

One person should hold one account. Creating additional accounts to gain an advantage — for example to farm referrals, guild rewards, or trades — is not permitted.

4. Conduct and community

The Game includes direct messages between players and guild chat. You are responsible for what you send. Do not use these features to harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse other players, to post sexual content involving minors, to incite violence, or to distribute spam, scams, or malware.

You can block any player, which stops messages in both directions, and you can report any direct or guild message. Reports are reviewed by a person. Guild masters, captains and cooks can remove messages from their own guild's chat.

We may remove content, restrict messaging, or suspend accounts that breach this section. Reports do not automatically punish anyone.

5. Virtual items and in-game currency

The Game contains virtual currencies (including Silver, Blacksmith Coins, Tavern Tokens and Riverstones) and virtual items such as equipment, beasts and cards.

Some purchases and in-game features grant items chosen at random. Where that is the case, the odds are displayed before you commit.

6. Purchases

Where the Game offers paid items, payment is taken by the store you installed from (Google Play or the Solana dApp Store), under that store's terms. We do not receive or store your card details.

Paid items are delivered to your character immediately on a successful purchase. Because virtual items are delivered at once, purchases are generally final. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from, under its refund policy. If you were charged and did not receive the item, contact us at apps@thezodiverse.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Purchasing does not guarantee that any item, feature, or currency will remain available indefinitely.

7. Blockchain features

Some versions of the Game — currently the Telegram and Solana dApp Store versions — include optional features involving the $RVRH token and a Solana wallet. These features are not present in the Google Play version.

8. Changes to the Game

Riverhold is an ongoing service. We add, change, rebalance and remove content, and we may adjust rewards, prices and mechanics. The Game may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

9. Cheating and interference

Do not modify the Game, automate play with bots or scripts, exploit faults for gain, interfere with the servers, or attempt to access another player's account or data. If you find a fault that grants an unintended advantage, tell us rather than using it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where a breach is minor or accidental we will normally warn first, but we may act immediately where the breach is serious or ongoing.

You may stop playing at any time. The Game includes a delete-progress option in the character menu, which permanently removes your character data. Deleting your character does not refund purchases.

11. Our responsibility

The Game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running correctly and fairly, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of virtual items or currency, loss of progress, or indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by the consumer law of the country you live in, and nothing here affects them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Game changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
